Regenified was co-founded by Gabe Brown, Allen Williams, Doug Peterson, and Salar Shemirani in 2022.
- Gabe Brown is a pioneering farmer in the soil health movement. His widely-read book, “Dirt to Soil: A Family’s Journey into Regenerative Agriculture” chronicles how he turned around his 5,000 acre farm and ranch near Bismarck, North Dakota through soil health principles since the 1990s. Gabe was inducted into the North Dakota Agriculture Hall of Fame in 2025.
- Dr. Allen Williams is a sixth generation farmer, ag research scientist, and tireless champion for regenerative agriculture around the world. He is a renowned expert in adaptive grazing models, humane animal husbandry, and environmental stewardship and earned a Ph.D. in Animal Genetics and Physiology from Louisiana State University.
- Doug Peterson is a highly respected soil scientist and Missouri farmer. Doug spent 32 years at the NRCS educating thousands of row crop and livestock producers on soil health practices and regenerative agriculture’s impact on natural resource processes as a District Conservationist, State Grassland Conservationist, State Soil Health Specialist, and Regional Soil Specialist. Doug’s agronomic expertise and hands-on experience working with farmers across the nation has made him a trusted voice and teacher in the regenerative movement.
- Salar Shemirani is an advocate for regenerative agriculture. Prior to Regenified, Salar held leadership roles in asset management and transactions across the UK and North America, working with organizations in transportation, agriculture, and infrastructure. Today, as CEO of Regenified, Salar brings a deep commitment to building meaningful partnerships and guiding strategic growth. His focus remains clear: to support farmers and rural communities in creating more resilient, financially secure futures—and to help regenerative agriculture take root and thrive across the world
